Where are your service areas?

We serve all of the Greater Houston area and surrounding towns and communities.  Contact us to see if we serve your area.

What are your hours of operation?

Our normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm on Saturday and from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm on Sundays.  We can accommodate your schedule as needed.  Just let us know what you need?

Does someone have to be home or at the office for you to clean it?

No, with your permission, we can clean your home or office without anyone present.  Please make arrangements for us to gain access to your property whether you give us a key or have one available otherwise.  We will ensure that we practice a high standard of security measures to keep your home secure after we leave.

Do you clean bathroom mold or tile grout?

For the safety of our staff and your home, we do not currently offer grout cleaning or mold services.  We suggest you find specialists for that service.

How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Simply give us a call or use our online form to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Do you clean anything on the outside of the home?

No, we only clean the inside of the home.

What if you have to spend more time at our home or office than we originally booked it for?

Make sure at the time of booking you let us know as much details as you can about the condition of your home and/or what you need cleaned.  We like to stand by our quotes and provide no hidden fees.  If we get to your home and it looks like we need to do more work than originally scheduled, we will contact you to see how you want it handled.

Does your cleaner take a tip after services are completed?

Even though tips are not required, if you feel your cleaner did an exceptional job which we strive for, feel free to tip them whatever you feel is right.  We appreciate your generosity.
